Terms of sale
Clear terms for a made-to-order print.
These terms apply when you order a personalised trophy print from The Wild Register. Last updated 17 July 2026.

The contract
The seller’s legal identity, geographic address, item description, total price, delivery arrangements and payment method are shown at checkout and form part of your order confirmation. You can contact us at hello@thewildregister.com.
By placing an order, you confirm that the details, image crop and finish submitted are correct and that you have permission to use the uploaded image to create the order.
Artwork, proof and production
We use your uploaded source and entered information to create a proof. You can request changes or approve the current proof through the private order workflow. Each published proof has a 12-hour review window shown in the order portal and proof email. If you do not approve or request changes before that deadline, the unchanged proof is automatically recorded as approved. A revised proof starts a new 12-hour review window.
Automatic approval does not send artwork directly to production. The studio must still complete its final image, detail, layout and format checks before releasing the exact approved proof to our print partner. Contact us promptly if you notice a problem after automatic approval and before production begins.
We may decline to produce content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, contains offensive material or cannot reasonably be produced to an acceptable quality. Where this happens, we will contact you about the available options.
Price, payment and delivery
Prices, any applicable taxes, delivery options and delivery charges are shown before payment. Payment is processed through Shopify. Estimated production and delivery information is supplied at checkout and in the order confirmation.
Cancellations, returns and faults
Personalised products may be exempt from a change-of-mind cancellation right once production has begun. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet the required standard. See Delivery and returns for the practical process.
Photographs and intellectual property
You must own the photograph you upload or have permission from the rights holder to use it. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the photograph, location, score and hunt information supplied with your order.
Consumer rights and these terms
These terms are governed by the law applicable to your consumer purchase. They do not remove or reduce any mandatory consumer rights you may have. If any term is unenforceable, the rest of these terms continue to apply.
