After you order
Your print is never sent straight from a form to the press.
Every paid order enters a private, proof-led studio workflow. You can follow the order, review the artwork and approve the exact version that goes to production.

1. We receive your order
After secure Shopify checkout, you receive an order confirmation and your order opens in the private customer portal. Your submitted poster settings and uploaded source are retained only for the order workflow.
Use My orders to see orders associated with the email address you used at checkout. The portal links in your emails are also private to your order.
2. The studio checks the artwork
We generate a print-resolution proof and check the crop, extracted trophy details, spelling and practical image quality. We may contact you if an image is too soft, a field is unclear or the artwork needs a decision before it can be made.
A payment does not by itself release an order to production.
3. You approve the proof
When the proof is ready, we email a private link. You can approve the current version or request a change in the order portal. Any revised proof replaces the previous version and must be approved again.
4. We release the approved artwork
Once both you and the studio have approved the same proof, the exact approved file is released to our print partner. Physical orders then move through production and dispatch. Digital products are delivered separately and never sent to physical fulfilment.
