Delivery and returns
Made to order, checked before production.
Your poster is created around your image and selected details. The proof stage is there to make sure the finished artwork is right before production begins.
Delivery
Physical prints are produced after the current proof has been approved by you and the studio. Production and delivery estimates, delivery options and any delivery charge are presented during checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation.
We will send status updates to the email address used at checkout. You can also use My orders to access your orders. For delivery support, email hello@thewildregister.com and include your order number.
Changes before production
Use the private proof link to request changes before approving the artwork. Once a replacement proof is published, it becomes the only version available for approval. Please check spelling, crop, trophy details and finish carefully before approval.
If you need to cancel before the order has been released to production, contact us promptly. We will confirm whether cancellation remains possible for that order.
Personalised goods and returns
Because each physical print is made to your specifications and artwork, change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply once the personalised product has entered production. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not meet the required standard.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and item. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with your legal rights.
Digital products
For a digital product, delivery is made through the private order workflow. Where a digital download is made available immediately, checkout will ask for the acknowledgement and consent required for immediate supply before the download is released.
